Turn-Around Time
We are pleased offer one of the best repair turn around
times in the industry. Our standard turn around time is 10
- 15 days after receipt of your repair approval.
Inspection
When your blades first arrive at our facility, they undergo
an extensive 24-hour inspection process. Using the manufacturer's
approved inspection criteria, this evaluation enables
us to identify the required steps needed to return the blades
to airworthy condition.
Our inspection procedures include: X-Ray, Ultrasound, Dye
Penetrants, Leak Testing, Tap Testing, and a basic Visual
Inspection.
Expanded Criteria
Rotor-Tech International has developed many new innovative
rotor blade repairs under FAA DER approval. If a blade
is damaged beyond the normal scope of repairs but can be safely
repaired and returned to service, Rotor-Tech International
will engineer and accomplish the repair under FAA DER approval
and a form 8110-3 will be issued for the repair.
