Cecilia Stitt
Cecilia Stitt has twenty-six years of experience in the field of rotor blade
repair, production operations, marketing, sales, military contract
administration, and customer support.
During her 18 years at the rotor blade repair company, Composite Technology,
Inc.(CTI), Ms. Stitt administered contracts for the repair of UH-1, AH-6 and
UH-60 main rotor blades. She earned her FAA Rotor Blade Repairman
Certificate, NDT Level II Radiography Certificate of Achievement and
successfully completed a Bell Helicopter Textron Rotor Blade Repair Training
Class. She was instrumental in the start-up of a rotor blade repair
facility for the Philippine Air Force.
Through this varied experience, Ms. Stitt acquired the necessary skills to
supervise and provide quality training to newcomers in this field.
Ms. Stitt actively manages Rotor-Tech International, while continuing to be
involved in ongoing research and development. Her strong background in the
rotor blade repair business is a true asset to Rotor-Tech International's
management team.
Quality Assurance Manager
Jason Trine
Jason Trine has six years of experience in the field of rotor blade repair, quality assurance and customer support.
Mr. Trine has completed extensive on the job training while working closely with management. He has proven his ability to manage the Quality Department and accomplish a variety of goals working independently or in the frame work of a team.
Mr. Trine is responsible for the overall operation and continual improvement program of the Quality and Inspection Department. His dedication to total quality is unsurpassed and he has proven to be valuable asset to our management team.
Director of Maintenance
Jeffrey Wilkinson
Jeff Wilkinson has over 25 years experience in the Aviation Structural Repair Industry, with an emphasis on rotor blade
repair. He has held numerous positions throughout his military and civilian career, such as Production Mgr, Quality
Assurance Mgr, Purchasing Mgr, Technical Inspector, and Shop Supervisor.
Mr.
Wilkinson currently holds his FAA Rotor Blade Repairmen Certificate and started his training in the military working on UH-1H, OH-58, CH-47, AH-1H, and AH-64's.
Mr. Wilkinson is responsible for the overall operation and continual improvement of the Production Department. His strong communication and motivational skills are instrumental in leading Rotor-Tech's production team to excellence.
